Defective or damaged products - If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us (within 14 days after receipt) with pictures (and a description) of the issue/s. If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible, or offer a full refund for the defective products.

Ordered wrong size - We have detailed and accurate size charts under every product description in our store. Since we print all our products to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that you order the wrong size. Please carefully review the size chart before ordering.

Ordered wrong colour/designSince we print all our products to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns in the event that you order the wrong colour or design. Please carefully review the contents of your cart before ordering.

Wrong address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Lost in transit - If your package gets lost in transit, we will reship a replacement order. Before we can send you a replacement, you will need to confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct and that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order. For the order to be considered lost, we may need to confirm this with the shipping provider first.

Lost or stolen package - If a package is marked as delivered by tracking and the delivery company responsible for fulfilment confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for refunding, reimbursing or investigating. If you really feel like your package was stolen, please contact your local police department, file a police report and send us a copy. We will review the report and consider sending out another package.

Unclaimed package - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you wish to place a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
